Best bet is Alonso driving the other Arrows. Maybe Bourdais, but he has a F3000 title to win. Verstappen, maybe? Or perhaps Frentzen will return to the team. I'd like to see Herbert back though!

Shame that ANT is contracted to Minardi for Spa, would have been good to see him in a half way decent car!

Naahhh... I disagree. You don't really expect that Arrows (who race a GP, the other don't... don't have money to pay the engines etc...) are a better car than Minardi.. At least at this time. He's OK where he is now..

they should drag Dan Wheldon over from the states and stick him in the car !.......well., i know he would need a few tests first to get used to non oval racing again....but that guy needs a chance IMO.

he could give jenson a run for his money like he used to .

A return from Herbert would be cool. Didn't he do some testing for Arrows at some point?

Maybe even Alesi.....

Alonso should be... He'd have a record, in two years he's driven Minardis, Renaults, Jaguars and maybe the Arrows too

#1 tip for M.Schumacher if he wants less media attention:
Join Arrows- no-one knows who their drivers are, even Tom Walkinshaw isn't sure

Never been more appropriate!

I expect they'll be able to re-hire Frentzen on a race-by-race basis.

Now who in the wide world of sports could be this mysterious "American investor" be???

Roger Penske? Mario Andretti?

General Motors????

Doubt if it is Mario Andretti - he was named, yesterday, to the board of directors for CART.

Well, they've got the cash, but not the interest. None of them even sponsor a NASCAR team, so I can't believe they'd want to dive straight into owning an F1 team.

I would not be surprised if we have not seen the last of T.W. Something smells fishy here. Has T.W. found another backer?
