D. Powell Richards and G. V. B. Cooke
I am seeking biographical information (particularly dates of birth and death) for D. Powell Richards and G. V. B. Cooke. I Googled Cooke and it shows him racing an Austin in the 1930's. I was less successful looking for information on Richards who I believe was driving in the 1950's. Any information would be appreciated.
