Sev has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Champions of the Future

I was just browsing different tables on driverdb, when I decided to try and list young drivers who've made a name for themselves this year.

The criteria:
Drivers must be 18 years old or younger.
They must not have been beaten in their given championship by anyone younger.
They must have won races in a series championship in the last year.

And the results:
Jens Klingmann - 17yo - 37 races (10 wins) - FBMW ADAC Champion
Adrien Tambay - 16yo - 22 races (2 wins) - 4th FBMW ADAC
Marcus Ericsson - 17yo - 18 races (7 wins) - FBMW UK Champion
Brendon Hartley - 17yo - 85 races (9 wins) - FR 2.0 EC Champion
Daniel Morad - 17yo - 36 races (14 wins) - FBMW US Champion
Jazeman Jaafar - 14yo - 30 races (8 wins) - FBMW Asia Champion
(Sébastien Buemi - 19yo - 121 races (14 wins) - F3ES runner-up)

A few interesting points to note:
- Despite allowing 18 year olds, none of them managed to complete the criteria. The possible exception of this is Seb Buemi, who turned 19 a week ago, after the season finished - so he gets an honourable mention.
- Brendon Hartley has competed in an astounding number of races, although his success so far suggests that experience in single-seaters is better than experience in karts.
- Although FBMW Asia is hardly a top class championship, I thought Jaafar deserves a mention as he is only 14!

So, to post a question which is possible: Which of these drivers will be the first to start a GP2 race, with the obvious exception of Buemi?
