F60 at Daytona
Today a Ferrari F60 F1 car got to run some very private laps at Daytona. The speedway is being very hush about it. There was a video posted that as now been pulled. The original poster for the video claimed it turned a lap around the road course quicker than a cup car can do around the oval. I was not there but I was eating lunch outside of turn four and heard the distinctive F1 noise.
I figured some people here might be interested in knowing. |

Not a snowball's chance in Hades that even an F1 car could lap the 3.56-mile road course in 45 seconds, or whatever it is. I could believe that an F1 car can lap the road course in, say, 1:20 or so (~160-mph average).
