Peril's ancestry
Earlier this year I went to the Pomeroy (correct spelling Tim?) Trophy and had a nice time.
As you will see from the attached photograph, I took my beloved Peril along (for those of you who don't know him, Peril is my little MG-ZR). He was very excited when he got his picture taken next to an ancestor - that's the first ancestor he's ever met. On the way back, Peril asked us what the ancestor was - and I'm ashamed to say that neither of us know. So, can anybody tell me who the ancestor on the right is and all about it - (I know the history of the yellow one on the left because I've had him since he was born; actually I had him before he was born but that's a long story). That way I won't be nagged by my car every day. |

Excuse double-post - I've got some better pictures of the ancestor at home - hadn't realised how badly scanned that one is.

As a rough guess, I'd say it's an N-Type MG of some sort, but beyond that....
Come on, MG buffs - someone must know something about this grand old machine. |
