Euro F3000 Questions. Help please....

Does anyone know where this years European F3000 Championship takes place and do you know of any good Euro F3000 sites?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I take it you do mean the 'Euro' Championship, not the main 'International' Championship that is supporting GP?
The Euro series goes to Monza end of June, and visits Donington on August 11th - also a 'Minardi' day.
Don't know any sites - sorry.

The best place is the Tiscali (series sponsor) official site -

http://euro3000.tiscali.co.uk/
or http://euro3000.tiscali.it/

And there's the official site (rarely updated):
http://www.euro3000series.com/

On race weekends some foreign language sites are good, for example:
http://www.formulanews.com.br/
http://www.warmup.com.br/
http://www.autosportnews.com/
www.prorace.it/ (but this great site seems to be dead)
http://www.esportes.terra.com.br/automobilismo/capa.htm

I'd been covering Euro 3000 (and previously Italian F3000) at Unofficial F3000, but unfortunately I've had to shut down for updates due to lack of time:

http://uk.geocities.com/unofficialf3000/

The calendar for this year is:
1 Vallelunga (I) 21st April
- Nurburgring (D) 5th May - cancelled due to snow!
2 Enna-Pergusa (I) 19th May
3 Monza (I) 30th June
4 Spa-Francorchamps (B) 28th July
5 Donington (GB) 11th August
6 Brno (CZ) 8th September
7 Dijon (F) 22nd September
8 Cagliari (I) 6th October
9 Jerez (E) 13th October

Vallelunga and Enna were won by Romain Dumas (John Village Automotive) and Alex Piccolo (GP Racing).

Hope this helps!

PS ---> Anyone who has emailed me, I will reply shortly...

That whould seem to be good value for 9 meetings( 2 races at each) compared to £1,2M for 12 in Intl F3000.

£1,2M for F3000, i've heard £800 000, still a hell of alot of money, considering nowadays you can skip the category.

That was quoted before the series began, but I haven't heard how much the teams are actually charging. I'm sceptical myself that a season could be that cheap... Anyway, with plans to expand the series further abroad, F3000's really under threat.
