Camping at Knockhill

Following the problems encountered by people with tents who camp overnight at Knockhill, I have been reliably informed of the the following by the operations manager / chief instructor of Knockhill:

Any official wishing to erect tents at the BARC meeting this weekend and for the BTCC meeting in August who can not find any available space outside the circuit can camp on the in-field behind the chicane.
In doing so you must have all belongings removed and car's parked at the designated areas before going on post the following day.
All facilities, eg toilets, shower etc will be available to those inside the circuit.

Anyone wishing to bring a caravan / motorhome will be directed to park their vehicles on the gravel areas behind the garages outside the circuit, as for access to the facilities at night for those outside I have been told there will be access via the main gate. (we'll see, providing they don't lock it again).

Stuart,hope your not expecting a miracle.All of us should be inside the circuit.It is the only one that I've been to that we aren't.Do you want alone of my GPS to find your way to the rest of us marshals on the outside since you didn't find your way back at F3/GT meeting.
