Silverstone Parking Permit needed?
My friend has told me he has got 2 free tickets to the Silverstone GP next month and Im not sure if they come with a parking permit. I will be travelling by car and I have looked on the Silverstone website to buy parking permits and they are not selling them anymore.
Can you pay for parking when you arrive? Or are there other means of parking around like farmers fields etc. who will let you in for a certain fee? Thanks |

You don't need them at a clubbie I do know that. GP will prehaps be different though.

its not paying for parking that's the problem, it's the number of cars. normally on race day, if you don't have a permit you have to get a park and ride bus from wherever your tickets tell you to into the circuit.

Give Whittlebury Campsite a ring. Hugh Jarce met us up there a couple of years ago for the 2005 race, we were camping at Whittlebury and he paid for a days parking.
