I believe on the honesty of Vasseur's instructions, but hope Grosjean wouldn't want to do The Zuber-Glock manoeuvre at the start of the feature race.

Is it the GP2 race really starting from 5pm GMT? Or it's just ITV4 scraping GP2 for boring cycling?

Yes, they have given priority to the Tour de France. C'est la vie, I suppose.

damn, they must make Premiere world wide... they always have top motorsport live, even when they don't have commentators... then I wouldn't pay a single cent to this stupid cable

Awesome, awesome race..... that has to be up there with Nurby 05 and perhaps Silverstone and Monza 06 as best races ever in the category!
Ok, so some elementary mistakes spiced it up, but ain't it just great when the grip levels fall away on a circuit that's wide with heavy braking zones?! Roll on tomorrow morning. One negative point, race tv direction dodgy, cutting away to repays when major action about to happen, and why the hell wasn't it on live!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr... |

Best race of the season by far. Great battle between Grosjean, Buemi, Chandhok and Senna, and a fantastic drive by Pantano.
Hasn't Grosjean had brake/tyre problems towards the end of the race before? I wonder if it's his driving style or the set-up. Should be a good race tomorrow. |

No matter he finished 2nd, Di Grassi showed excellent shape and he team did a good choice signing him. |

That was a corker. Mr consistent is back (di Grassi), already up to 6th in the standings in just his second event. Show's how mixed it is at the top that Pantano's become just the first repeat winner of the season. |

Really good race, felt like the last generation GP2 car was back!
Senna and Grosjean are not making themselves look good for the F1 teams, I think the F1 team bosses would be thinking that they are being beaten by guys that didn't look that great in past seasons. (Not my personal opinion, I think Pantano finaly has the car to match his skill level). My driver of the day was Chandhok, a few more drives like that and it could be enough to get him in the Force India next year. By the way, the reason why GP2 was not live is because it's viewing figures are not great (thats why they have so many adverts), so the Tour would probably be a better bet for ITV. Hopefully the good size crowd that watched the race today will continue to watch GP2 on TV in the future. |

I agree, Senna and Grosjean's antics probably won't endear them to F1 bosses, not automaton enough, far too old school!!!
Brrrrrr, bet some of the guys on the dummy grid don't fancy this much...... Pressures on Filippi, he really has to sock it to the rest of them from pole today or, I feel, that's it for him at the top level? |
