I will be there but as a spectator rather than in orange, the thought of trying to get all my stuff into the one bag that Easyjet let you have for free was too much of a challenge.
I hope all the marshals have a safe, dry and not too busy couple of days!

I will be.
Apparently, Knockhill does not have any camping. Does anybody know where the nearest campsite is?

Knockhill will be running a campsite for marshals at the BTCC - David Anderson is the contact for this (will try and get details for him)

Some comments having watched the day's events on Setanta:

1) That was sunshine, but this was Knockhill. Does not compute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2) Finished before 16.30 - how dare you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3) Noticed some of the hats from Le Mans (think we recognised some of the Clarkes and Alan Dean(?-hope we got the name right) - but someone was wearing a green dragonny type hat - were you invaded by the welsh???????

Some absolutely great motor RACING but still too many "stupid moments".

Not been to Knockhill since 1992 - this sort of thing makes me want to shake the tartan off (hang on, I'm not Scottish...).

Best bit of the coverage was seeing the legends going out at the end...just a shame they chose to show Jason Platos interview and not the legends race.

Darren Holmes should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Great day at Knockhill, first time I have been and this time only as a spectator, which is my first event as a spectator since donning the Orange, and it's very frustrating on the wrong side of the fence.

The traffic was appalling getting out of the circuit car parks, I got to the car just after 1630, didn't move until around 1715 and left the circuit gates around 1745.

Then to top it all off some prat put their car in the barriers on the M90 which meant about 45 minutes of moving a whole 300 yards, and with a drive back to Barnsley in South Yorkshire ahead of me, the missus and my young son were non too impressed!

Still back home in one piece at 2315

May try the orange side of the fence next year.

Highly skilled, experienced and motivated track/incident & recovery teams combined with excellent comms between track/incident, I.O.'s, Observers, Race Control & recovery teams = before 16:30 finish.

1) - It was blowing a gale force arctic wind and was absolutely freezing .
2) - Yeah finished early but traffic was awful and there was a pile up on the M90 which meant we were stuck on the motorway for an hour.
3) - Yeah!
