Nice to see it finally as a proper concern not just as a dream on paper. Just waiting on the Creation coupe to be real and 2010 ( earlier if poss ) will be a proper race with proper race cars!

I prefer the Lola front over the "single seater" front of the Peugeot and Audi.
Like the Peugeot a narrow cockpit? |

I wonder if the B06/10 bodywork on the nose/sides is just temporary? I would think that between 2006 and now they would have come up with some different ideas for how to lay all of that out.

There is not much information really but the article focus lends a clue: The model is built for CFD/aerodynamic testing. Maybe there is a strong level of method in keeping existing bodywork common for comparison sake. Surely there will be a lot of changes to the chassis underneath to accomodate the doors. But 3 cheers to Lola for taking the initiative with the closed car. It looks great and hopefully the wind tunnel numbers stack up well for them |

So, current open cars will continue into and beyond 2010, but will current coupes also run beyond 2010?
Presumably current cars, both open and closed, will be performance balanced with the new 2010 coupes, which we expect to have a much cleaner look, and generate less downforce. Last edited by JAG; 11 Jun 2007 at 20:19. |

Wasn't the design of the Lola/Multimatic/Krohn(=Proto-Auto)-Daytona Prototype supposed to come out in May as well?
Any news about that project? With Lolas history of building nice cars, this might just become the best looking DP... |

The A1TM collaboration with CRS in the 2007 season is a precursor to a full Malaysian Le Mans programme in 2008. http://www.a1teammalaysia.com.my/a1/compiled/p115.htm |
