It is missing few Mclarens, (Part time) from Blancpain for example, and like in Ratels sprint champ Some GTR's and a confirmation of any Lambo, but a interesting grid anyway, let's see what about the drivers.

Black team went bankrupt early in the season and Rafaele Giammaria and Miguel Ramos found a home with V8 racing so I don't think we'll see black team back.

Slightly confused by this. Do you mean one car built from all three of these? Or running all three specs of car? Or one of those three?

...why not just run a GT3? There's still a few of those Callaway-built cars laying around, aren't there?

It's run by a Dutch team, so... don't ask. They run it in the Dutch Supercar Challenge too as far as I'm aware, and the rules and performance balancing there are very different.

Gah, I wish Pratt & Miller would just develop a GT3 customer program already and simplify this for me. I have a strange obsession with the statuses and histories of the various Corvette race chassis floating around the world.

It's true. When I was in Barcelona for the last race of the season I met the guy who was there representing Pratt & Miller providing tech support. He told me both cars were former GT1s coming from Dutch Supercars and the yellow one driven by Moncini actually raced and won (not totally sure about this last part) at Le Mans.

I may help here solving the trouble
Actually is true that there may be 5 corvettes in 2013.
One 2012 spec gtE p&m
Three gt1 with SGt homologation ( gt2 aero, different restrictors and paddleshift )
One Gt3 callaway

Let me spoil also that a big part of the entry here listed is ok and there should be some more to add (especially in gt3 mclarens ferrari audi)
And also why not a fourth manufacturer in superGt

European F3 Open will cover all the 8 events ( we already have more than 25 cars pre-signed so it will be huge grid )

Then there will be several other series covering part of the season as Maserati Trofeo, Radical Master and in every event national series.

I can confirm that Silverstone, Nurburgring and Spa, Monza, Barcelona as an example are already full booked in terms of track time

Oh, that's sound good. I thought that the only other international F3 series authorized by the FIA was the British.

some new cars start to appear:

From DSC

Erdos & Balfe Return To GT Racing
It’s always good to report the return of old friends to the track and this story records that two of them, Thomas Erdos and Shaun Balfe, will be racing together under the Balfe Motorsport banner this season contesting selected rounds of the International GT Open with a 2013 specification Ferrari 458 GT3.

And from GTopen.net

Seyffarth confirms full campaign with two Mercedes SLS

23.01.2013 Stalwart German GT team Seyffarth Motorsport has confirmed it will undertake a full International GT Open campaign in 2013 with two Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT3. The team will announce its driver line-ups shortly.
The Querfurt-based squad had a first taste of the series in 2012, when it took part to the Nürburgring and Barcelona rounds, collecting a double GTS class win in Germany with Heyer-Seyffarth and one podium finish in Spain with Wendlinger-Baumann.
Team principal Rüdiger Sayffarth commented: “The two guest appearances of last year allowed to see what a great series the GT Open is, and we obtained very good results straight away. We are looking forward to a full season now.”

New team Bhai Tech Racing joins the GT Open with two McLarens
28.01.2013
The 2013 International GT Open will see the debut of a new team, Bhai Tech, which plans to enter in the GTS class two McLaren MP4 12C GT3 in full 2013 specifications.
The team, run by Roberto Costa, is planning to make its debut at the Winter Series event in Jerez.
The team is the racing and testing arm of Bhai Tech Advanced Vehicle Science, which recently opened its unique R & D facility near Padova, in Italy. Bhai Tech has created a fully integrated approach to vehicle dynamics, developing systems and models for all types of vehicles. Its race car setup development enables users to explore a vast array of solutions required for optimum performance with expediency and thoroughness, even in today’s limited and often restricted track accessibility.
The Bhai Tech Advanced Vehicle Science Center offers a state-of-theart full motion driving simulator, proven modeling and simulation software, driver development programs and a wide range of on- and off-track technology services. This constitutes a new and unique business model responding to the changing shape of motorsports and vehicle development, accessible to large and small companies alike. (More info on www.bhaitech.com)
Roberto Costa commented: “We look forward to joining the GT Open Series. The organisers have put together a quality calendar, with top class venues. This of course will pitch us against a premium field, which will make for exciting racing.”
Bhai Tech Racing is currently finalising its driver line-up for the series.

Official Calendar 2013

We announced two modifications in the calendar for the 2013 season of the International GT Open and European F.3 Open series.
Two minor changes have been introduced to the version of the calendar previously released:

  • · Round 4 on 14-16 June changes venue, from Hungaroring to Jerez
These changes have been made for practical and technical reasons, with a view to avoid date clashes and to address the wishes of a majority of teams.
Following these modifications, the 2013 Calendar of the International GT Open and the European F.3 Open is confirmed as follows:

10-12 May Autódromo do Algarve, Portimão (Portugal)
