Superleague at Monza
Should be interesting to see how the cars compare to the recent GP2 times! My guess is they will be around 5 seconds slower.
I see Kennard is back, but with Flamengo, whilst Frank Perera has been dropped and Julien Jousse will be in his place for AS Roma. Only 2 x 30 minute free practice sessions on Friday too! |

Might be some fun and games into the first chicane, expecially in race 2 with the fast guys starting at the back.

I'd imagine they'd have the power to go faster if they were to trim down on the downforce. I'd imagine it's probably as they haven't developed/tested/checked a Monza aero package or don't want it for safety reasons.

they're literally running standard downforce on the rear wings, bourdais reckons it'll help overtaking as well which i think could be a little optimistic.

Yeah, really was SUPERleague in the first 15 laps. Great stuff.
De Villota is to Superleague what Milka Duno is to IndyCAR. Mobile Chicane. |

I'd better be careful, because he does read what goes on here, but MH has one of those nicknames that combine his name with his appearance - Shaven! Whatever, it's good to have him around.

Great win for Bordais today, shame he ever cut it in F1 as he is very good. This is getting some great drivers in it and its making it very interesting to watch, but still cant get my head around the links to football, which seems pretty irrelevent to the team or the racing?!
Have these drivers even heard of some of these soccer teams that they are representing? |

Lol. I noticed her 'mobile block' performances on the weekend too, Just looked her up on driver db, she's done eight FPA races and 2 Fiat Abarth this year, with zero success in either. Especially bad in Abarth, which at times has struggled to get more than 10 cars on a grid! Makes for quite a funny contrast - Superleague has some really great drivers at the front, but apparently some not so great ones behind them!
