Johan Botha should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Mygale Formula Fords

I have a Mygale SJ99 Formula Ford, and am interested in finding out its history. Chassis number is SJ99 No 01. Car is now in South Africa, but I don't know since when. I think most Zetec FF's in SA came from Jamun, but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact Alan Cornock at www.racingcarsforsale.co.uk
He is the Mygale distributor for the UK and probably has chassis records.

Thanks Barry. I contacted Alan who referred my to Armelle at Mygale France. So far, I've established that the car was first sold to Haywood racing.

I've now established that the car was sold by Mygale to Haywood Racing on 05/01/1998, (5 Jan or 1 May?). Now to find out who raced F/F's for Haywood in 1998.

Still Mygale . It seems that Button and Wheldon drove for Haywood in 98.

I think that Wheldon drove for Van Diemen in 98. It was Button and Derek Hayes for Haywood, and possibly Kiesa or was he 99?
