Anti-climactic, but I guess that means JR will be at Panther.

This year Carpenter was really strong...in the ovals, I think that SFR can receive a big boost...

Will Jay Howard return to do some of the 8 races not included here?

Sarah wants to keep consistency in the cockpit. Her primary reason for "retiring" as a driver is to have a family, but she also wants to focus her full-time efforts on building and growing her team. |

This is a surprise. I was hoping to see Ed back as an oval only entry at Panther Racing - and Sarah Fisher Racing as the "Ganassi Junior Team" for Graham Rahal.
Both of these things were not to be. Sarah Fisher Racing has always focussed more on ovals than on any other type of racetrack and I wish them all the best to progress with their new driver. He surely is one of the best on the ovals out there. But with Ed now going elsewhere, does that mean Vision Racing has officially ended? |

She'll be missed on the race track. Fisher is actually an excellent driver. Hopefully when she has that family she might have another attempt at Indy in a few years.

She hasn't ruled out qualifying next May...provided Ed is in safely, she may give it a shot..."provided she isn't pregnant"
(her quote in the Indy Star this morning) |
