Kinda disappointed in the lack of turnout here recently, especially with those hwo have been in for much of the first par tof the year...maybe they didn't realize texas was the week immediately following Indy...there was a gap of a weekend in the past until Milwaukee was pluged in for a couple of years there.

Well, I guess I had a bit of a bad day yesterday, not realizing that the Texas race was going to be on Saturday night with the qualifying on Friday night.
And when I logged on just a minute ago, I found out the hard way that I had arrived with my team transporter one day too late to qualify for the race. Duh.
My sponsors won't be amused by that I gotta tell ya.

That's especially tough business for a part time entrant...

;-)

My pick for the winner would have been Tony Kanaan.

I picked Ed Carpenter to be leading at 200 laps??
