First of all, is having Barnhart as "Appeals Director" a good thing?
Second, if he wanted to, he could oust Randy Bernard and Beaux Barfield at any time, according to this.
I haven't delved deeper into the rules to see the procedure he would have to follow, but this is a pretty frightening statement.

I highly doubt he could "oust" at his will. He could assume the role of CEO if Bernard delegates his duties to him. I can't see that happening any time soon. Bernard is a hard worker, he's not going to let someone else do his job for a weekend.

I wouldn't worry about it!
