Who or what is Top Hat? I keep on seeing it mentioned and I have no idea who or what they are could someone please enlighten me.

Top Hat is, I believe a race series organised by a gentleman named Julius Thurgood. The idea being to re-create the 'good old days' of 50s & 60s Saloon racing. The cars run strictly in period colours and run on period control Dunlop tyres. the race organisation is taken care of usually by the 750MC.
