Les should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Westies December get together

How about a forum night somewhere with a number of us from TOCA and some drivers get together for a special TOCA Tour evening? In my early rally days we used to have rally evenings similar to this and they worked very well!
Thoughts please....

If you and the various fans want a night in early December, please let me know and start planning - Les and Amanda would be good sounding boards for this - and yes Les, this time I'll be in the country!

Cheers for now,

Westie.

Can anyone interested go to Toca site and post some ideas and an idea of numbers.

Wot No Response?

Les has been working really hard to get this party sorted out and gave me some great news today. Andy Priaulx and Alan Morrison are going to be there! What about the rest of you?

Well it all depends on how many are actually interested in coming.

A few means down the pub, a lot means hiring a room somewhere. At the moment it is 40ish - too few for a room as it would cost too much but probably too many for a pub meal.

Over to you........

Can't say yes or no if I don't know where or when. I mean will it be down the Pig n Whistle or are you hiring the Millenium Dome for the night ?!

Amanda, there's probably been no responses because Les told people to go to the TOCA forum to discuss it. To be honest it would be easier to organise if you kept this as a single thread on a single forum rather than try to start threads here, there and everywhere.

I think what Amanda was getting at was would anyone come, not to necessarily add to the thread, it does need to be kept to one forum but not everyone visits all of them so information has been put on a few but the main thread is on the Toca Forum.

Well if no one knows what's happening then I think I'll take a job making sure the paint's drying properly instead. Thanks anyway!

Craig, it's a big thing to organise, Les knows full well what is going on but until there is an idea of numbers it's hard to make any concrete dates. If you would prefer to watch paint dry thats up to you but we will all be having a great time talking to the drivers, Richard West and fellow fans who have taken the time to respond and not keep coming up with negative comments.

sounds alright, but depends on date/location. Anywhere in the midlands and further north is ok for me. Might consider further distance if enough people I know are going.
