No, there isn't a British Formula 3000 Championship. The only times F3000 cars run in Britain is the International and European Championships, which both have rounds here.

Plus there's a few cars in the Euroboss series, but there just isn't the money or demand for a national series.

An average budget for a two car team in FIA 3000 championship is about $2200/year. However, that includes all the traveling, room and board, salaries, insurance and the cars themselfes. Of course there are teams with more and teams with less money, but I think this would be the average.

That does seem rather cheap Attila. If I wanted to run with Supernova and have two T-cars all to myslef as well as a dediciated test team, how much would you quote?
I'm pretty sure I can get that much in sponsorship from the bloke who does the fruit and veg on Wisbech market.

Welcome to Ten-tenths Carl!!!

I think you can expect between 750,000.00 and 1 million per car, but then again I dont know if the rules will allow for just 1 car.

Better look at: http://www.fia.com/PRESSE/DCM-A/03-10-2001.htm
Further more, there might be more complete rules on FIA.com
