Ratbag is gone!
I just found out that Midway games shutdown Ratbag studios, the team that made the brilliant Dirt Track Racing games.

That's a shame. I used to have Power Slide which was a really good game. If I can remember right I think the graphics would still stand up pretty well to today's.
One thing I did find odd was that I've just checked their website and the content seems very old. The last news item was October 2004. |

Ratbag (pity about the name i always thought) was really top notch in their dirt physics, i really like their games-even if they spit out 6 versions of the same game (WoO2002, Saterda night...Sprint 1 and 2....)
did they get dissolved or reorganzied like Papyrus team went and became First(blegh) |

its a pitty. they made awesome speedway games and from what i remember they where based in Western Australia.

They were based out of Adelaide. Shame what Midway did, I think it happens a lot, buy a great company, tell them their jobs is safe, steal all the IP, fire everyone.
