Chris Horton should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Formula Ford Data

I'm just in the process of getting my act together and rebuilding my RF88 for a few outings next year. However, whilst I'm getting myself motivated I'd like to use some simulation software.

Basically, I'm interested in anything I can get but most specifically I'm ideally after:-

*) A representative Kent engine power curve
*) Any tyre data for ACB10's
*) Frontal area / coefficient of drag

Anything available would be greatly received!

Cheers,

Chris

Quite sure!

I have access to some reasonable software so if the data is there it would be quite interesting to have a fiddle with it.

Just because it's mainly populated by people racing with 1600 engines, it doesn't limit it!

I've got access to some in-house software but to be honest the LapSim software on the Bosch Motorsport website ( http://www.bosch-motorsport.com/cont.../html/3050.htm) is interesting/enlightening and a bit more user friendly. e.g. if you are just messing around with the effect of weight (driver or chassis), gearshift times, a couple of horsepower etc. Just a bit of engineering interest really. It's not particularly going to help set a car up but it may give some direction as to where some focus should be (even if it's just shaving a few kilos off in the gym!)

ASP - Sorry, I meant this thread.......I'm not that familiar with INTERWEB terminology. I hope I'm not going to hear from the clerk of the course AGAIN!!
