Driving tips for the new Anglesey
Anyone who’s driven the new Anglesey circuit got any pointers? What gear to take corners in or which corners require braking? We’re racing on the the Coastal and GP circuits at the end of the month, but only testing on one of them. (As a comparison, in my Caterham, the old circuit was a dab in 4th for School, big brake and down to 3rd for Abbotts, hold this all the way through Radar with just a dab to “Scandinavian flick” it between the two apexes, 4th on the back straight, heavy braking and down to 2nd for the hairpin and up to 3rd for the Complex with no braking, maybe a lift in the middle).
