PS2 memory cards with bad vibes.
Just a thought! would like to know if anyone has had problems with your memory card on GT4. Its happened to me 3xs.interseted to know. thanx Rob.

Sony memory cards have never failed on me.
Third party always do fail on me. Years since I bought one. The ones that tend to fail most are the "compressed" memory cards that hold a lot more data than standard cards. |

Back in the GT3 days, I had one just wipe all my data, millions of $$ (whine, whine) I will never buy a non-genuine one again. |

My has messed up, proper Sony one, I was 65% through aswell..........

I didn't know there were any third party memory cards. My Sony card is the one that failed me. Thankfully a friend was able to let me copy his game. He was at about 40%. It saved me a lot of headache and allowed me to stay in the WSCP at GTX.

Yeah i had problems with GT3 on a "compressed" memory card. But i have never had any problems with the official memory cards.

Well thats interesting, I had problems on GT3 as well. lost everything. I think I had to start over at lest 3xs. frustrating aye!!!! but we got thru it. on GT4 I'm glad I had prolog all ready saved that was a treat.now I'm 78% and NO Problems.
