TOCA at Brands
Ok, so who is going to the Brands Hatcg BTCC meeting over the bank holiday weekend? I'll be there Sunday and Monday but I'm not sure where I shall be working just yet. Almost certainly be in the Kentagon for breakfast on both days and the now infamous red trainers will be in much evidence!

Please god don't let him be driving! Do you remember that oaf who raced the guest car in the Fiestas a couple of years ago - also at Brands I seem to recall - anyone have a photo they'd like to post of the damage he caused ?!

Hope to meet some of you over the weekend. Problem is, that like Mr G, I am marshalling and will have no idea of what post until I sign-on Sunday morning. Perhaps we should arrange to meet up over breakfast in Hailwoods on Monday morning (very early cos we tango's have to be up with the lark). Mr G and I often spend breakfast together attempting to cut Octagon fried bread with a plastic knife!! I'm the guy who looks like Clark Gable, Stephen has the red shoes. Easy then.

Sounds like a good plan. I am always in the paddock early myself anyway so early is good Any idea what time we should aim for ?
How about the other 10 Tenths BH marshals ? Pinki & co ? PS Who is Clark Gable ? Sounds a bit before my time |

Cor, if you believe he looks like Clark Gable then I must look like Tom Cruise (just a little taller though lol).
Monday will be an early start so breakfast will probably be around 7.30 ish, yes Peter? |

what, you want me to get to signing on early?
Maybe I can be at breakfast with my chums Tom Cruise and Clark Gable (although I reckon silly toes is STILL more like Father Jack) and me, I'm the one that looks like (a short arsed) Gerry Adams. |

I need to get my tickets still, havent had a chance to get them yet! I'll try and phone tomorrow if not it'll have to be Monday, I'm gonna try and be there for Sunday and Monday, I WILL be there!
Some of you i've met before but for those who haven't i'll be wearing a Team Davey le Mans 1991 T shirt which was recently discovered and given to me by the old man after he found a spare one ( I asked him to dig one out). And before you say anything, no Team Davey didn't race in 1991, but we tried all the same! |

Excellent! Look forward to seeing you Francesca! Drop me an SMS at some point if you don't hear from me as you know what I'm like for remembering things!
Will be nice to meet everyone else too - I'll be around the York City Racing truck or at the bottom of Paddock Hill most of the weekend so come and say hi! |
