NW FF1600 Serious Thread
Feel free to run your NW FF1600 suggestions by me on this thread. I will try to answer you quickly, or once I have found out the answer. We have a good vehicle here to use to keep NW FF1600 to the forefront of the regional series.
Please try to keep it sensible, so all references to cake are forbidden, as are stereotypical slurs on my city of birth. That should keep kartingdad, jminsh and StephenRae off the thread - unless they behave themselves. Non NW people please feel free to post. |

That's very kind Diz, I will.
Briefly OT - had an e-mail from Steve Burns today expressing his full support for Club FF1600 website. OK, back to the thread. |

Ian,
I just guessed you would be the first to reply. I hope this thread can serve it's purpose for the NW people, until we [you] get the National FF1600 Club / Website up and running. Then all the regions will have their own 'area of the site" to use. |

I'd like to ask for a good team to run me for a race up your way incase my normal crew are busy or if there is anyone up your end who rents out a car in case mine is in bits after some combe wheel / barrier rubbing.
I'll hope to be able to run my own car up your end - but just looking at options.... Also got a calander yet for what events where ? |

NEW DRIVER
Mike Sheeran has sold his Swift SC93F. It has been bought by Jim Andrews, who I know nothing about at present. Mike thinks he has raced tintops previously. |

Any other cars changed hands recently, or new drivers coming in for 2004?

Koopid are building 2 VD RF04's for next season for Paul Gerrard and as Diz said Mark Chadwick. Mark is the sponsor of Pauls car (www.koopid.com) and they hope to get testing started in Feb I think.
I have got the 2001 Ginetta Champ Andy Cork to come and try single seaters and he should be doing the first 4 rounds of the NWFF Championship in Team UCLAN's Reynard 89. Last edited by Redracer77; 18 Dec 2003 at 10:27. |

unfortunatly yes but he is also a client that races - hello Mr Tony Rodgers - Chase Templeton Ltd. He is just angry as the only NWFF race he did he didn't make it through the first corner!!!!
darcym, a good team to race with at Oulton when you come up will be Team UCLAN. Another good person to help you out would be Dave Hart - will PM numbers if needed. Or if you don't want to bring your car up to oulton and set it up then why not hire the really nice white RF90 from the boys at Infinity Motorsport (ARDS team guys) |
