Just got the all clear
I'm not normally the type to complain or burden others with any illnesses I might have, but I'd like to share my good news.
Basically between crimbo and new year had a bit of a scare, without going into full details, my doctor had some concerns that I may have bowel cancer. Fortunatly after two visits to specialists and some VERY pain full checks, some minor but bloody painfull surgery yesterday, I got the all clear. On a weeks sick now, so when I'm felling a bit better going to spend some quality time with the S13 and the mig welder, furthering it's race preparation. Just thought I'd share. |

Glad you're on the mend Pitbull. I was struck down with blood poisoning last year and I'm still feeling the after affects.

Hi Tony,
Don't see you very often (last time was Anglesea Legends when I went to work in Assembly as they were short of bods), but I wish you well. I've entered in the Cancer Research Race for Life again this June, so I'll think of you as I plod around! Keep your energy levels up, and keep smiling, it can only get better! |

That must have been a difficult experience. Very pleased to hear everything's OK. Such a relief for you.
However, I think you should be careful of the mig welder. Stitches are perfectly reliable and will leave less of a scar... Take care. I hope the recovery is swift and painless. |
