Hottrax Motorcycle Endurance - help needed
Hi, my first post I know ad am asking for a marshall to support a motorcycle race team at Snetterton on 3rd August.
I run a 6 Hour Uk National Endurance team, based in West Sussex. We have competed at 3 events in the Hottrax National Endurance Championship in 2008. In our first season we have finihsed 2 races, due to an off by 1 rider at Pembrey last round we failed to score. So we just need to come back and win the remaining 4 rounds starting with Snetterton on 2/3 August weekend. In return for help at the event you willl obviously get a free ticket for entry to circuit. Also lunch / soft drink is included and a payment of £10 towards fuel or a gift can be given. I also provide a marshall to a team on Saturday who also pay my marshall £10 so if anyone is able to do both Sat & Sun you will get £20. Also you will get a few beers as well for helping and a wave from our rider at the end of the race at 18:00 hours on Sunday. Our teams website is http://racing.gregsr6.co.uk email is greg@gregsr6.co.uk or phone is 07973 509973 Without the marshall we can't race. I have done the same job at Snett in KRC days and the marshall is perhaps the MOST importnat part of the team as we can't race without them. We usually stop at the circuit, but can maybe help out with costs for a local B&B. We have a BBQ at the circuit on Saturday night and as I work for a mjor food retailer food and drink is sourced cheaply. Bike is a 2006 R6 tuned by Phil Seton, producing 120 bhp and is ok round Snett setting 1:14's for 6 hours. I wont bore you all with detils of the bike but it is a race winning bike on the right day, and will be on the podium if not on the top step in 2 and a bit weeks time. Thanks if anyone can help Greg Wilson manager best choice endurance |
