I think the theme of the meeting was "and when's yours gonna blow up?"
had to feel sorry for Chilli but a great day for Laconi , simply supeb , I fell alseep in the 2nd race so I didnt see the outcome but was an entertaining meeting thats for sure. |

Laconi was imperilous throughout, a great display from him.
Awful day for Chili, Nannelli and Haga - all the guys who had problems in race one had them in race 2. Marcus, you missed a superb duel between McCoty adn Toseland for 3rd, it's a shame Garry made a mistake at the start of lap one to lose it. Apparently Vermuelen has been disaqualified from race 2, does anyone know why? |

Considering his works status, extra experience over Toseland, and the lack of any consistant non-Ducati challenge, Regis hasn't done enough in my books. I can't help but feel that McCoy and Haga would be fairly dominant on the Fila bikes.

Laconi will still prevail as the champion but Hodgson did way better last year. His fall at PI was most memorable cos he was all on his own and the win was there for the taking!
