A Bit of Advice

Hey chaps and chap-esses,

I need a bit of advice from you guys please. I'm looking at hanging up the marshal suit (at least part time) and starting to take some photos around the place.

I have a reasonable amount to spend on a camera and lens and after reading up on a few choices I need some confirmation and opinions from the people who know best. As I don't know them I'll ask you lot...

Anyway, the option I appear to have landed upon is a Canon EOS 20D teamed up with a Sigma 100/300 lens.

All comments welcome as well as suggestions for alternatives.

Thanks

JB
