I know it seems silly, but...

I still haven't got either rFactor or Race PRo (although Race Pro is pretty new, and has mixed reviews) I intend to get both, but currently only have money for one of the two. (LFS users - don't try to persuade me, I like the fact there is a large community for rFactor for me to utilise/possibly crate if the game is compatible with Blender modelling).

The reason I haven't reached for Race Pro is that I've seen mixed reviews for it, (esp due to grpahics, etc.). However, I'm not sure about rFactor either, because I have Sins of a Solar Empire on the way and will be playing that for a while, meaning I may as well have played Race Pro and then bought rfactor later.

What do people think I should get first out of the two games?
