GP3 car for 2016

I just read about the new GP3 car, and saw it over at gpupdate
wow that is a good looker.
more series should take note about building a good looking car.
N/A 400HP sounds alright, i didn't catch the full specs, and obviously any lap times available.
should be good.
am i correct in understanding the WSR is over for good
