Watched all three days on the box from the comfort of my lounge, and enjoyed most of it. The race commentary team was excellent as usual, especially as at times they couldn't even see what was going on on-track due to the rain/spray.
However, the best day for me was the Friday which seemed to be far more focused on the track action, whilst the weekend had far too much of the non racing stuff - frocks and hairdos are not really my bag. As to Chris Ward, he did seem to appear to be quite contrite after he stepped out of the car and was standing in the pits. His driving did seem to be uncharacteristic of him. |
