I'd say Don may have the reason - the rookies improving. I still say (and agree with Wrex - will wonders never cease) that this gave the impression he was tailing off, and needs to keep his game up.
As always though, points don't show the true story here - and the tailing off has to be in comparison with teammate : can anyone grabs those sort of facts for pre-Williams years (I can't remember how he looked that far back!!!  ).Certainly the impression in the past couple of years has been of him tailing off - I thought it was widely accepted though. Isn't it??
