1936 Talbot BA 75!

Now, before this gets moved to Armchair enthusiast or whatever, may I crave your indulgence because there is, I am told a historic racing connection!

I have been fortunate enough to acquire the above vehicle (1935 chassis) which is fitted with a truly wonderful one off coupe body 'a la Alfa Romeo', by Corsica Coachworks of North London. Apparently, the car was owned from new by a Lord Ridley who, I understand, also owned and raced Alfas before the war. He is said to have comissioned this body for his Alfa which he had entered for the 1936(?)
Mille Miglia but for some reason it was never fitted and finished up clothing his road going Talbot (in April 1936?).

My research on this is only just beginning but does anyone know anything about this vehicle, Lord Ridley, or indeed the Alfas he raced. My only other piece of info. is that the
Talbot took part in one of the Paris Peking Rallies over 10 years ago, during the course of which the bootlid fell off and was run over by one of the following competitors. I am having to have it refabricated along with other work!
