There is a podium interview, with Massa doing the honors.

Hamilton is a much better driver than Raikkonen and deserved the win after Vettel got wiped out. Although he should be very thankful to Bottas who once again got used as a mobile chicane.

Not the first time Vettel's fluffed it this season; Baku, France, Germany. I think someone on Sky said something about Vettel could have had 30 point lead.

Yup would haves and could haves. Does seem Vettels driving is letting him down though. Imagine if Lewis had finished the race in Austria...would be looking at a 40+ point gap in a season where ferrari has the better car (just)

And we have a protest.
Looks like Renault has been looking at something on the Haas for a while and have pulled the trigger and officially protested it to the Stewards. |

From F1.com "According to the FIA's Race Director Charlie Whiting, the protest concerns "a small detail on the leading edge of the floor" of the Ferrari-powered Haas."
Also: "Renault: Clutch issue forced Ricciardo’s retirement" If you believe that one, I've got a great bridge in NY to sell you real cheap too. |

Max’s temper seems to be worse than vettel’s. he seemed a bit like a toddler today - giving someone a shove then blaming them for it and refusing to accept orders or punishment. No jelly for you.

Italian Grand Prix 2018: Grand Prix Weekend Thread
There must be some irony in that Max and Vettel are Red Bull graduates, and seem to have the same childish, temper tantrums and on track defensive behaviour. No doubt Horner and Marko enable this kind of behaviour.

Hamilton hasn’t been through Red Bull is much more mature. When things don’t go right for him he isn’t like a toddler having a temper tantrum he’s like a teenager proclaiming it’s not fairrrrr. They’re all kids.

Just watched the race highlights and some interesting events, plenty of racing incidents and silly behaviour from max, if he had been sensible he could have finished forth but as usual his hot head got in the way.

Grosjean Disqualified
A radius on the front the of T-tray was not conforming after a Tech Directive, Haas were apparently told the part was non-compliant that if they raced it it could be protested. |

Haas say their supplier couldn't provide an update - is this an example of where it is better to do things in-house? |

The issue that Haas was disqualified on has been known about for some time with a deadline of this weekend to have it fixed.
It appears that another team had a similar issue to Haas and have modified their car but Haas has not done so due to supply issues. http://classic.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/138476 |

Verstappen's penalty was bullshit. Ricciardo drove straight into Gasly with another stupid divebomb and got nothing, same for Perez who just slammed into Magnussen who ended up with damage. F1 seems to think whenever an attack is being launched the defending driver should move over to avoid contact. It's ludicrous. |
