I wondered if it might be Blomqvist, but having seen the show, The Stig looks rather too slim and youthful to be our old rallying friend.
But I very much doubt he's an F1 driver, so maybe this thread ought to be in the Gravel Trap (along with Clarkson in that Suzuki... ) |

Was it just me, or did anyone else think Stig looked very feminine?

In a Suzuki lainoiey thingy.
They didn't show the difference in a proper car. I think The Stig may just have been a little nearer the edge in the Zonda and Lambo than JC was... |

I thought the difference was more than 1s. More like 2s or 3s. Have to check out the leader board next time. It's still quite a bit over a 50s lap. It's not as if Jeremy is a complete novice. Not a racing driver, but after all those years of driving must be able to set one pretty decent lap. |

D'you think we'll ever find out who Stig is or is it just a cover for the fact that they'll put a different driver in the test car each week so there won't be any consistency in the testing?
I'd love to know who it is though... |

Nicolas Minassian- The Stig is not english, that's why he is disguised. It's obvious, The Stig has been said to have a French accent and Minassian is sponsored by Top gear. Get an outline of Minassian, and place it over the stig, they are almost identical.
The stig is Nicolas Minassian! |

I'm guessing theyv'e brought back Tiff Needel but since he is contracted to Channel 5's "5th gear" they have to hide his face.
No? |

It is definately not Tiff, far from it, the only person that has evidnce behind them is Minassian.

Yeah probably, Clarkson wouldn't have been able to hold back on the Tiff insults.
