Andy Rouse either built, or had serious involvement in building a Broadspeed faithful recreation a couple of years ago. Is that the green car at the top?

The green car as well as my car were built by ex-Broadspeed staff.

Actually, the Broadspeed cars had a special suspension, but they gave it up and went back to normal. Roger at the address I mentioned can fill you in, he was there in the Capri days 72/73 and until the Jags in 76 / 77. |

Off curiosity, before Vince bought the Capri already converted to RS3100, it was really a Weslake powered RHD Broadspeed car.
Here is a photo of it while in Bo Emmanuelson's hands, still with the original Broadspeed body. |

On the engines, I can recommend Ric Wood. He did mine (GAA).
On the cars, it is Roger at GPRM. Good luck |

Hi everyone, came across this in a workshop in Africa. Described as "cologne Capri" it's not for sale, I tried but failed!!! The guy doesn't want to be hassled so I promised not to reveal too much. I guess it's only any use to you guys if it fills in any blanks in your historical records. The only details I have is that it was owned by the Hughes family who used to have a Ford dealership in Kenya.

Hard to tell from these pics but the Watts link bracket in the last frame looks like one from the Cologne works cars. It would be worth investigating further.
