Been there, done that about three times now! So genuinely feel for you Iain.Hopefully it will be formed by calcium, nice and smooth and fairly easy to get rid of naturally.Because of the amount of chocolate you seem to eat though it could be an oxylate one, they form like coral and are a complete and utter b'stard to get rid of.Hopefully youve got the former-good luck with it.
If you get offered the ultrasound treatment, take it!!! Breaks the stone down into 'manageable'grit that dispurses naturally.
Two litres of water a day?

There's actually two. One at Eric's workshop and I still have a complete Yorkie cake in the fridge at home, too full up of curry now to try it though.

Thanks everyone for the birthday messages.

Someone appeared in our garage with a cake for me at Portimao, complete with candles. Luckily not the full amount. What I didn't realise, however, was that said candles were 'everlasting'. After thinking the flames were extinct, they were removed and put in a pile on my roll cabinet. Next thing I know, the paper they were put on was on fire.....

you need to find a way of turning those 'ever long lasting' candles into ever long lasting diesel!

If it had displayed the correct amount of candles, it would have been massive! Fortunately for all concerned it didn't......

It was there to be eaten Iain. I had no desire to bring it home!

Well, I now know that the Algarve trip is completely over, as I just consumed the last slice of Salame de Chocolate that travelled back with me. That's near enough chocolate biscuit cake in English, sometimes with added port. As this one came from the Pingo Doce can't see the latter listed among ingredients.... 200 calories per slice, allegedly!

Mrs Delta and me are having a few days walking in the Lake District . Great result today as we went to Coniston and guess what we spent most of the day watching race boats going all out to try and break class records . Very interesting but you can relate their sport to ours but they don't have any wheels
