I think the IRL should road race at the Indy F1 circuit and at the Daytona speedway road course.

Portland might be on the IRL schedule in 2005...
Hate to do this, but there is a "portland" thread here that will lead you to a "Portland Almost Gone" thread in the Champ Car Forum.... Apparently, the City of Portland requesed bids from both series, and OWRS is probably not going to submit one by the deadline....which is Monday, July 19... We'll see |

I live in New York City, and while the Glen is in NY State, it would still be over a 5hr. ride to the track!
 You may be closer than me Tim!  I'll miss the 1-1/2 hr. ride to Nazareth... |
