All grandstands sold out at Brands Hatch
Thought I'd give you some idea of popularity of the first event at Brands Hatch. All the grandstand seats (permanent and 3 temporary stands) have completely sold out.
Story on MSV Website. |

I saw the announcement earlier this morning Daf. Great news and as you say, it shows what a good event it's shaping up to be. I think one of the great attractions is the fabulous support package, something F1 could take note from.
Incidentally, good adverts during the F1 commercial breaks yesterday! |

Indeed, very good news. And to think, a few of us have been speculating crowds as low as 10,000-20,000 - sounds much more like 50,000+ to me.

I hope so as it would be nice to see MSV get some return for the investment they have made in all their circuits in the past 18 months. I don't think I have ever seen Brands Hatch looking as good as it does now.

Lots more run offs, freshly painted, grass mown, everything looks 100% better than it ever has in my years of going there. Big thumbs up to JP and his team.

Glad I ordered my tickets when I did then!
Haven't been to Brands Hatch for about 6 years - when I did a track day thing. Am really looking forward to this event - it's just a shame all the rest will be broadcast by Sky, as I don't have that. |
