Coniston should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Optimum RPM formula?

Hi - is there a formula in existence that takes information such as valve sizes/bore/stroke/comp ratio/cam,etc and calculates whats sort of rpm is required to best make use of that configuration? Thanks in advance.
