oh well here we go again
 the doctor has said i can play again so i have washed my probans and polished my boots found my hat and gloves and my wet suit and sun cream found my pill bottlle ( perscripion only ) butty boxes, flasks, sun gllasses , well you never know ? so all i need now is for this nice nurse to remove my back to front jacket and to take the leg irons of and then i can come and play with all you nice people in the Orange suits and funny hats  .just like to say to all the new members of the order of the Orange welcome and have a great season and dont forget BE SAFE AND IF YOU DONT FEEL IT IS SAFE  DONT GO WE WONT LET YOU GET HURT. [off topic]Actually watched the Oscars this year. I think the best actor award should have gone to one of the people who had to stand there and look sincere why being sycophantic to one of the potential recipients. Skin-crawlingly enbarrassing[/off topic]

Here, it's taken me 20 years to reach the miminum weight for my height! I'm quite pleased to have to loosen it off a notch.
