Do you have a take on this story? Which aspects strike you are significant to discuss? Is the source a good source, or tabloid like? Are you just throwing hand grenades in today?

If Force India want their allegation to be taken seriously, then surely they need to come up with some proof?

There are rules governing using only promotional tires but i don't know of a rule preventing putting on new parts (even old ones) on the car.
Sort of assumed that all the teams would do this because it's not like you can run an f1 car, even for just a demo run, without controlling and recording every second of it. Why not strap on some different parts and measure it? |

The title of this thread should be, "Force India is in 6th place so therefore Red Bull is cheating".
BTW - Read what Mark says about Vettel's driving, of course because he is a cheater and signed a contract saying he is #2 he has to say these things: "Seb has won a lot of races when the car has been good, but he has also won a lot when the car hasn't been good. Seb is like Alain Prost, but with a qualifying lap at his fingertips. Impressive. Also, he hardly ever makes a mistake. It's not all the car". From a comment below the article- "Force India spy pictured with Red Bull headset on ?".. made me smile.
Another BS non story from a questionable source IMO. |

Well, idly toying over the idea, it seems to me more likely a smaller team would up to such shenanigans in a desperate bid to catch up to Red Bull. It's a bit too easy to accuse the dominant Red Bull team of this kind of mischief when in reality they have no need to resort to such tactics.
All that said, if FI do have the evidence, fine, present it to the public for inspection or disclose it to the authorities for their review. |

when teams run these filming days they are obliged to invite all other team to send an observer - so to say there was a spy is simple BS

Yes, yes - Red Bull are using traction control, active suspension and ground effect!
Isn't this just another team trying muck rake on to Red Bull? |
