Aye. Had the SC been called in quicker (because the cleanup was done a couple of laps ago) the wave-by wouldn't have happened. A poor show there.

Greaves should have this wrapped up. Dolan's job is to keep hold of second for as long as possible before Tincknell gets in.

That's a shame. After all that hard work from Lyons as well...
Edit - Gommendy gets past Dolan for 2nd. Might work out in Jota's favour if the TDS car can catch Wirdheim before the last stops. Edit edit - Maybe not. Lancaster & Tincknell have still got to get in but Gommendy is the third driver for TDS so their stop will be much shorter. Edit edit edit - Lead change, Gommendy gets past Wirdheim who pits and lets Lancaster in. Slightly surprised Jota haven't brought Dolan in at the same time. Edit edit edit edit - Lancaster & Tincknell in to chase down Gommendy, who won't have to stop for another 20 minutes I think. Let's see who has the pace. Last edited by J Jay; 11 Apr 2015 at 16:48. |

This is cracking stuff between Lancaster & Tincknell, but I think Gommendy has enough of a gap to hold on.
Edit - Ibanez P2 into the tyres hard and baclwards. Safety Car incoming? |

If Tincknell is smart he will stay 3rd for a few minutes as they are both catching the leader.

It's not enough to be confident of catching Gommendy though, he's doing 1:51/2s as well.
Mediani with some steering issue just drives into the gravel. Beached. |

Well well, Lancaster had nowhere to go in the Loop with traffic both sides and Tincknell drives round the outside. To be fair to Lancaster he couldn't do anything about that, he's done brilliantly to keep the Jota behind this long.
Now let's see what Tincknell can do... |

I don't think he will! Lancaster gets back at Tincknell (blocked behind the GTE Porsche), then Harry loses it over the kerbs at Maggotts.
It does mean Lancaster can now concentrate on catching the TDS Oreca... |

Lancaster and Gommendy touch and the Thiriet car spins! Lancaster in the lead, Tincknell second, Gommendy third.
Now is the Greaves damaged enough for Tincknell to make up the gap? Edit - That clash will be investigated. Certainly there was a touch, and any penalty for Greaves would have the win to Jota. |

Barring traffic Lancaster will win the race on the track.
