Hoping that this one goes ahead after the earlier cancellation.

Rod Birley should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
From what I hear the meeting is definitely on. Should be quite a busy day with a full grid of 24 intermarque cars, 17 tin tops are on the list so far, and they will get their own races this time as the modified saloons have gained a few more. Not sure how the Ford saloons are shaping up, but with a couple of Fiesta teams nearby they should have a better turnout.
There is a motorcycle meeting at Brands Hatch that weekend, so Lydden will be the only car meeting in the south east. It desperately needs people to come and support this meeting, as we don't want to loose another venue.

Well I'll be going along with 2 other B/Hatch regulars to bolster the numbers Looking forward to it as I haven't been to Lydden this year.

21 intermarque booked in so far, and 17 tin tops, of which some are joining the modified saloons to bolster their grid. No news on the other categories yet.

Would the organisers contemplate amalgamating the Quaife/Cannon grids to spice things up a bit? Judging by previous rounds we could be watching some very thin grids otherwise.

22 intermarque now booked in.
The circuit capacity does not allow the tin tops and modifieds to be combined, too many cars.
Apparently the Ford saloons may be combining with another grid though.

Looks like the Ford saloons have now been combined with the LHMC sports/saloons. The power of the internet is amazing.

Yes the weather was awful. First the fog, then the rain. Shame the last race was cancelled, track didn't seem too bad.
Well done to the marshals who braved the rain, which was coming in sideways at times.

I was going to film it but having heard the weather forecast decided to go to do a football match instead, where I had shelter.
