IMO Alonso is the first of the new generation to have seen that every illegal move TGF makes is pronounced legal by the stewards with Ferrari encouragement -- and having seen that Senna did most of them even before (and TGF whined and cried about Senna's moves the same as DC is whining about Alonso's moves), he has decided that he will copy the man who is supposedly the "Greatest Driver Ever to Put On Nomex Underwear" and see if it works.

And apparently it will. Good for him, I say. Either the stewards will crack down (and TGF will be forced to adhere to the rules too) or not, and we'll have less bowing people past.
Too bad the telemetry would prove you wrong.
