Squire Open Wheeler
I am currently buying an Historic Group Q open wheeler called a Squire. This car is believed to be a Brabham chassis with renmax influence in the front end and runs a Fiat 1290cc SOHC engine. I am really looking for any info any one has or may have had on the car to build up a history of it. I have included a picture of the car as it was last raced but it also has another nose cone reminiscent of a BT36 Brabham.

Aaron.
The car is Squire CVP-3 , not a Brabham , uses a Rennmax chassis, which was a spare acquired from Mildrens , and the car was built up by Ian Cook from Sydney, with the Fiat eng. and used as an F3 in the 70's. Ended up being found by my brother and self resting dismanteled in a laundry in the Sydney suburb of Rockdale, in the early 1980's??? . C.A.M.S has all the details, I presume you are purchasing from the estate of the late Carl Stecker of Queensland. Contact C.A.M.S melb. Ron Parkes and ask Ron what he has on file, or send me a P.M. Bryan Miller. |

Thanks for the Info Bryan. If any body has any more while I wait for C.A.M.S. to get back to me that would be great. The forums in this site are fantastic. Although I can't contribute the reading is amazing.
