pink69 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Who drives the blue car?

While looking throught the gallery of the Oscherslaben race in the DTM i saw the blue car driven last year by Timo Schieder in the back ground [ of course ] but this year , Timo is driving the Uwe Alzen car from last year so can someone tell me who is driving that car?
