I have to say that Iain Rowley was the best co-driver I ever had.

M'sieur, I think you mean to say " is the best co-driver I've ever had" as he was still vertical when I saw him the other day

Happy days compte happy days . One of the best was spa when you drove your socks of and handed me the car in the lead . Then the f--- ing thing would not start after pit stop . Think the starter motor is still at blanchemont somewhere

I remember writing on a thread about finding things around Spa when I walked the whole circuit looking for a clutch slave cylinder that fell off.
Things included starter motors/con rod/various pieces of cast iron/bits of bodywork/brake pads/dynamo and a Jaguar LH knock on wheel nut that I still have on the sideboard Most of it was beside the track tight to or under the armco. |

Try a walk around Nurburgring Gordon, lots of BMW 3series/Golf spares.Various other parts available as well-you'll need a flatbed as you couldn't possibly carry them all.
(Before anyone chimes in) No, not from cars I had anything to do with. |

How many pumpkin seeds do you eat a day? I got some yesterday but they are roasted and salted so I'm not too sure they'll be of much benefit plus they taste ****ing awful |

Pumpkin seeds are incorporated in some bread rolls and loaves, and most supermarkets sell their own versions. Good way to start...... |

I'm confused now as I'm from up north and we have dinner at lunch time and tea at dinner time. I'll just graze on a few every few hours.

Been clearing out my old mans house today and having a big bonfire, found all sorts of things amongst the years of clutter including hundreds of copies of Motor Cycle from the 60s that I left in the attic, also a lot of CCC mags.

No I didn't see that. But you're right, we even quote it at work here in Turkey or previously in Dubai etc. Timeless comedy.
